  Left messages for office asking for quick new patient appointment as my son 6 had a large growth on his lip and we had been referred by our physician. They never returned our call.

  If there were a zero-star rating, I would have applied it. I visited Princeton Dermatology for a cortisone injection. I came in specifically for that treatment, and that was all that I was interested in. The doctor commented that it looked like I had some dry skin and that I could come back for treatment for that issue if I wanted to. The conversation was roughly 30 seconds, and I had zero interest in treatment for my "dry skin". I received a bill that contained charges for the injection and for an "outpatient visit". Upon calling them, and asking them about the 'outpatient visit', they initially told me that this was standard. When I pressed them on the issue, they finally informed that the "outpatient visit" was for the 'dry skin consultation', and that if I had an issue with it, I would have to speak with the billing manager who was out all week.
